FIX THE REAL PROBLEM

If your check engine light comes on and pops the code po420 which is the catalytic converter code. Here is a list of some other problems that couldve caused your converter to fail.
o2 sensors, coolant temp sensors, thermostat, fuel injectors, plug/wires, throttle postion sensor, evap system, egr postionsensor/valve, idle speed motor,exhaust manifold, idle air control, purge valves just check these parts out to save yourself money and headaches in the long run. But most of all on an obd2 system please use a direct fit converter it may be more expensive then an universal but it will work alot better than the cheaper universal . A universal converter if install in the wrong postion will cause the check engine to continue to throw codes
